A few cheers for what’s great in San Francisco

• • • • • • • • • • August 2023 • • • • • • • • • •

Iam reminded again and again that there are really great things in our little corner of the world of San Francisco.

  1. Watching the hang gliding at Fort Funston.
  2. Biking along the Great HIghway.
  3. Carefully sliding down trails on the way to Ocean Beach.
  4. A public library and public park within walking distance.
  5. Balboa and Sava swimming pools.
  6. A world-class golf club at Harding Park, with discounts for residents.
  7. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and shops.
  8. The coolest weather in the US right now.
  9. The Westside Observer!

As we move into August, let’s celebrate living here.

Want to go to a FREE concert in the park? We almost have too many to choose from.
